Terms & Conditions
Datilería, operated under LENICIA SRL (RNC 132625552), provides premium Arabian dates and specialty products through its online store. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure gateway.

All prices are shown in the local currency (RD$/DOP$), unless stated otherwise or selected otherwise.

Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Customers who require a fiscal invoice may request one by providing their tax ID (RNC or equivalent) in the order notes or checkout field.

LENICIA SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or lack of stock.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Santo Domingo: 1–2 business days.

Nationwide (outside Santo Domingo): 2–4 business days.

International: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on couriers, customs procedures, and other external factors. Tracking details are provided whenever available.
3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened.

We will replace or refund products that:

Arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (subject to quality review).

Experience significant delays beyond the stated delivery window.

To request a refund or replacement, contact cs@lenicia.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus supporting details (e.g., photos).

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–2 weeks.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, no cancellations are accepted.
4. Product Integrity & Allergens

Datilería products are 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives, or processing agents.

Products may contain seeds or be processed in facilities handling nuts and other allergens. Customers with allergies should exercise caution.
5. Product Images

Images on the website are for presentation purposes only. Actual product appearance may differ slightly while maintaining the same quality and specifications.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected (name, email, address, payment details) is used solely to process and deliver orders.

Datilería does not sell, rent, or share customer data with unauthorized third parties.

Data may only be shared with couriers, payment processors, or service providers required to complete your order.
